Understanding and implementing second generation Eurocode 2

At the end of 2023, BSI formally published the 2nd generation Eurocode 2. Whilst the current Eurocode is the default code for use in the UK until its withdrawal in 2028, there is nothing stopping engineers using the 2nd generation, with appropriate agreements, once the UK National Annex is published.

This webinar will discuss the expected timescales for National documentation and introduce the principal updates to Eurocode 2, it will then discuss specific new parts of the 2nd generation Eurocode 2 and provide guidance to aid understanding.
