High Thermal Mass for Passive and Active Cooling (London)

The Concrete Centre

This seminar includes the latest thinking on how to use thermal mass to optimise fabric performance in commercial buildings in order to: help address rising temperatures predicted due to climate change; reduce energy consumption and a building’s carbon footprint and ensure the whole-life performance of your project. The event will include a presentation from the author of The Concrete Centre “Concrete Floor Solutions for Passive and Active Cooling” Tom De Saulles, who will provide performance data and project exemplars for a range of engineered concrete floor solutions. Additional speakers will be announced soon.
