Modulus training courses

The Concrete Centre is working with Modulus, a civil and structural engineering training company, to provide a diverse range of short courses in a variety of locations.

Current course titles include:

• Introduction to designing buildings using Eurocode 2
• Eurocode 2 – Beyond the basics
• Design of flats slabs including finite element analysis principles
• Specifying concrete using BS 8500 (1/2 day)
• Masonry Design to Eurocode 6
• Assessing deflections in concrete slabs and beams (1/2 day)
• Accommodating movements in concrete structures (1/2 day)
• Design of concrete foundations (A joint course with Geocentrix)
